Editors for the 2nd Edition are Scott Bonar (lead editor), Norman Mercado Silva (Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos, Mexico), and Kevin Pope (Nebraska Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit).  Approximately 100 authors are involved in the second edition to date.
